CBD国际集团下属华阳公司管理的京广中心商务楼继今年6月获得WELL金级认证 后，其主体北京京广中心有限公司京广中心商务管理分公司（简称京广中心商务）于 11月24日正式获得国际WELL建筑研究院（简称IWBI）授予的会员证书，成为朝阳 国资系统首家取得国际健康建筑领域权威组织IWBI会员的商业楼宇运营商。 Following the Jingguang Centre Office Building managed by Huayang Company under Beijing CBD International Development Group received the WELL Gold Certification in June this year, the Beijing Jingguang Center Business Management Branch (hereinafter referred to as Jingguang Center Business) of Beijing Jingguang Center Co., Ltd was officially granted membership by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) on November 24. This milestone makes it the first commercial building operator under Chaoyang's state-owned assets supervision and administration system to become a member of IWBI, a global authority on healthy building standards.

IWBI创立了全球首个以人为本的WELL健康建筑标准。WELL健康建筑评价体系覆盖 空气、水、营养、光、运动、热舒适、声环境、材料、精神、社区等十个建筑环境特 征。该认证以人的健康和福祉作为建筑开发的核心，为楼宇环境的设计、性能和运营 提供了一系列规范性指引，旨在全方位改善楼宇环境健康程度，进而有效提升工作效 率。 IWBI has established the world's first people-centric WELL Building Standard, which evaluates ten core building environment characteristics: air,water,nutrition, light, movement, thermal comfort, sound,materials, mind, and community. The certification prioritizes human health and well-being as the core of building development, providing comprehensive guidelines for the design,performance,and operation of building environments. These measures aim to holistically enhance indoor environmental quality and thereby improve workforce efficiency.

成为IWBI会员后，CBD国际集团将携手国际WELL建筑研究院共同推进“健康人居万 里行”等WELL系列活动，依托WELL国际社区不断提升商务楼国际知名度。同时以城 市更新行动和朝阳创建ESG°标杆区为契机，积极响应国家政策导向，借助IWBI会员 这一有利平台，努力探索ESG标准在商业地产的应用路径，进一步强化区域ESG标杆 示范效应，助力朝阳区打造国际化绿色低碳城市名片。 In the future, Beijing CBD International Development Group will collaborate with IWBI to advance WELL-themed initiatives, such as the "Healthy Habitat Tour," and elevate the global profile of its commercial buildings through the global WELL community.
