妇女节前夕，我们用一场沉静而诗 意的普拉提习练，为女性友人们打 开一扇觉察身心、修复能量的窗口。 在呼吸的律动中，她们卸下平日的 负重，于身体的收放与张弛之间，重 新触摸久违的专注而自由的自己。 Ahead of International Women's Day, there is a serene and poetic Pilates session for female guests to reconnect with their bodies and restore energy. Amid the rhythm of breath, they let go of daily burdens, and through the extension and relaxation of the body, reconnected with their long-lost focused and free selves.

Guided by the coach, the ladies held their breath, mobilized their cores, stretched their shoulders, noticed their breathing, and regained control of their muscles a little bit in slow and restrained movements.
